Yep, the frustration was noteable, the team wants to win and maybe could have if things went right early, but theres no point in talking about what could have gone right, it didn't

As soon as gudas hesitated to get to that puck I said the F word on my head because i had a bad feeling..

Turnovers were once again a big factor, but its whatever now...we can just hope the system is adapted to for next year and hopefully get a good year in..I see us being siccessful next season

I did not have much fun watching hockey last night either (Philly lost against Ottawa).

i want to say thank you to michael stuart for always having a good read.

im a lightning season ticket holder for the last 8 years and there have been some great ups and lots of downs. theres good potential on this team but lots more unproductivity. Upgrades at several positions is necessary. our cap situation doesnt help either. according to capgeek.com we will only have a little over three million in cap space next season and we will have to sign (or trade) RFAs Aulie, Pouiliot, Bishop, gudas and barbeiro. so yzerman really has his work cut out for him... we will have to improve on this team if we are gunna compete in the new division with boston, detroit, toronto, ottawa, buffalo, and monteal (and florida)
i do believe bishop and lindback will be a great tandem for the next few years until Vasilevsly can take over the crease. we just NEED to improve the play in front of them, and that includes both dmen and the fowards.

Good to see. They could use the renforcements for the Calder run.
The Lightning at least need to save some face for the remainder of the season. Make a damn statement against the rest of there foes for the rest of the season.

Morrow came off the bench the very next TV timeout after Bishop popped him for being in the crease. Honestly I can't understand how one WE don't respond to that and how the hell the four blind mice don't see a guy come off the bench have a few words with our goalie then back to the bench. It's a freaking joke! Stevie Y needs to add some serious grit to this team if we are going to be going anywhere any time soon. Nacho Labrie isn't the answer either. Guduas and Vinny I swear seem like the only guys who aren't afraid to hit anyone. I hate to say it but I have a feeling there will be a major overhaul this offseason or I should say hope.

WOW! As a Pens fan that's pretty nice to hear cool to hear. Morrow definitely adds the grit/nastiness that we've been missing for a while. Kinda like a younger Gary Roberts. However, as I do enjoy the Lightning, St Louis and Malone are two of my favorite players, that's an incredibly sad indictment about the team. You would think one of the veteran leaders would do something about it. Especially considering the way the game was going.

good for syracuse.. we will have them back next year for a solid year, and the crunch will get the serious playoff run they deserve this year. As far as labrie goes I think hes brutal and has no spot on the team. As stated before in recent discussions crombeen has guts but is just a punching bag ...having someone who can fight would be great...im pretty sure vinny is a better fighter than crombeen lol
